Afucent Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, particularly in custom software development services. This is a full-time remote position offering an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing IT solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach and other platforms to generate leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified lead s through market research and outreach.
- Schedule meetings and give presentations to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and align Zentrixel’s solutions to their needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, and delivery) to ensure proposal accuracy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM with regular updates on prospects and pipeline.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably with custom software development,SaaS, or digital services.
- Proven track record in cold calling, email marketing, and closing deals. Experience with freelance or bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern tech solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
