Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Associates who are eager to start or grow their career in real estate investments. You will be responsible for connecting with potential investors, educating them on our investment model, and helping them take informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential clients via calls, messages, and meetings to pitch investment opportunities.

Explain the concept of fractional real estate investment and its benefits.

Schedule and coordinate site visits and online meetings/webinars.

Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Keep records of interactions and client feedback using CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong desire to learn, grow, and close deals.

Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation (preferred, not mandatory).

Willingness to work from office in Delhi.
