FinnovationZ, founded in 2014 as a YouTube channel by Prasad Lendwe, has evolved into a significant player in the fintech industry. In 2023, FinnovationZ launched its flagship product, "FinnovationZ BroCom", which assists beginner investors in finding the right stock brokers. Their second product, "Finance Club with Prasad", has become a popular platform with over 8,000 active members, offering stock discussions, expert Q&A sessions, and research reports.

FinnovationZ also introduced the "Share Market Mastery Programme" (SMM) and the "FinnovationZ Finance Academy", a comprehensive suite of courses and live mentorship programs for aspiring investors and finance professionals.

Job Role : Business Development Associate

Location: Viman Nagar Pune

Salary: ₹4 to ₹4.5 LPA (fixed) + unlimited incentives

Timing: 11AM to 8 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week (alternate weekday holiday, totaling 6 days off per month)

About the Role

FinnovationZ is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to propel our growth by acquiring new customers and building meaningful connections with prospects. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our reach, particularly among students and educational institutions, by presenting tailored learning solutions both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Handle inbound inquiries while performing cold calls daily to reach out to fresh and existing leads.
  3. Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
  4. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience.
  5. Present FinnovationZ’s offerings in a compelling manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our financial education programs.
  6. Negotiate and close sales deals, driving business growth.
  7. Accurately track and document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in the ed-tech sector.

Skills:

  1. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  2. Proficient in negotiation and relationship-building.
  3. Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple leads simultaneously.
  4. A strong passion for education and familiarity with FinnovationZ's products.
