About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT hardware sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across government and corporate sectors.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and corporate sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  3. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  4. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  5. Track market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.


Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
  2. Strong business development and sales skills.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively.
  5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
