Location:
Hyderabad (Hybrid) with travel as needed (Regions Covered: US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC)
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced International Sales Manager to lead our global
business development efforts for IT services and consulting. This role involves selling digital
transformation solutions, custom software development, staff augmentation, and managed services to
clients across key global markets.
You will work closely with CXOs, procurement heads, and delivery teams to identify opportunities,
shape deals, and drive sustainable growth in new and existing regions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans for international markets (US, Europe, Middle
East, APAC)
● Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal building, negotiation, and
deal closure.
● Promote IT services offerings including: - Software Development & Product Engineering - Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure Services - Staff Augmentation & Dedicated Teams - IT Consulting and Digital Transformation
● Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft tailored client solutions.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially at the CXO level.
● Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual networking forums.
● Track, manage, and report sales pipeline activity using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
● Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned geographies.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 6–12 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales for IT services or technology consulting.
● Proven track record of selling to international clients (especially in the US, UK, or MEA).
● Deep understanding of outsourcing models, fixed bid vs T&M, and IT consulting dynamics.
● Strong network in target industries like Fintech, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts, and travel internationally when
needed.
Preferred Skills:
● Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development
● Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models
● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern tech stacks
● Exposure to selling to startup, scaleup, and enterprise clients.
