Summery

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth through effective dealer engagement, market coverage, and sales execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in field sales, territory development, and market intelligence. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can independently manage dealer networks, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company’s overall market expansion strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Achieving Sales Targets

  1. Meet both value-based and volume-based targets.


Dealer Management

  1. Oversee sales, stock availability, service quality, and timely collections.


Market Coverage

  1. Follow a structured Planned Journey Plan (PJP) for field visits.


Territory Development

  1. Identify potential dealers and upgrade existing dealers to higher performance categories.


Market Intelligence

  1. Collect data on competitor pricing, schemes, product launches, and new entrants.


Collections

  1. Ensure timely payment collections and minimize outstanding balances.


Reporting

  1. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
  2. Sales
  3. Stock
  4. Collections and Outstanding Balances
  5. Promotions and Schemes
  6. Dealer-wise Performance
  7. Market Feedback


Promotions and Schemes

  1. Communicate and implement promotional activities effectively at the dealer level.


Displays and Branding

  1. Ensure brand visibility through proper in-store branding and placement of POS materials at dealer locations.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field)
  2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or distribution
  3. Strong understanding of sales operations and market development
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)


Soft Skills Required

  1. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  2. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ready to travel in the market for min 3 days weekly in the territory.
